i'm sharing this video for people with O-leg/bowed leg
by correcting your O-leg, you will have straighter and longer legs!
basically, if you stand with your feets close together and there's a big gap in between your knees, it's considered bowed.

1. Stand against a wall, with your head leaning against it
2. Point your toes outwards (like a V shape)
3. then narrow the gap between the wall and your back (to the thickness of your palm)
by moving your pelvis forward
hold in this position for 5 minutes.
3 times a day!
