Hello everyone!
i'm here to spam you with mouth watering photographs again~~~
hehehehehhe
Today i'm going to share something that is delicious and good for ur skin as well!!
hehehehehe
it's like satisfying my stomach and skin at the same time! (not my pocket though)
Yesterday, i went out craving for something soupy..
cause my tonsillitis makes swallowing food really painful!
but thanks to this, i've got to visit Tsukada Nojo..
to experience their BIJIN NABE!
their famous beauty pot!
hehehe
hehehehe what is it actually??
It has a soup base which is pure collagen made from chicken bones cooked for over 8 hours.
COLLAGEN
hahahah
though i'm not sure how much would be absorb for the skin (none, i guess)
but still...
COLLAGEN~!
wahahahaha
*hurhurhur* all my goodness
tsukada nojo
instruction of how to enjoy your bijin nabe
it is served with glob of yellow pudding like soup base..
after 5minutes, it would be fully melted and ready to eat~!
keithy waiting for the soup base to fully melt
not happy when i asked him not to touch the pot..
*note: the white are the chicken hidden inside*
i didn't want him to touch the pot as the waitress said she will serve it for us when it's ready!
ingredients to be put into the pot later..
the freshness of the mountain and sea~
wheeeeee
soon after, one of the waitresses came to cook for us
placing each and every vegetable in an unique order.
and her final art piece~
hahahah
sooo beautiful~!
first of all...
the broth was amazing!! sweet and rich in taste
it doesn't matter whether the collagen gets absorb in, the soup is just too awesome and u just need to try it!
and they have really unique ingredients...
like yuzu, yellow zacchini
and this
watermelon raddish!
looks like watermelon but it's actually a raddish!
hahahaah
one of their spices, the seaweed spice..
came from the heart of one of the waitresses haha
sooooo is my skin nicer now?
hahahaha
the whole meal adds up to be $65+
we ordered a pot for two plus two drinks
quite expensive >.<
experienced once is enough..
probably wont be going there again unless somebody is treating
wahahaha

And the best way for nutrients to be absorbed is by consuming it, so your skin will be even prettier!
Korean girls eat pork skin which has a ton of collagen to get prettier skin > u < Even though it smells really bad, maybe you should try it!! My mother swears by it~
