Himalayas Nourishing Cream and Me [GIVEAWAY]



Anyone heard of Himalayas Nourishing Cream?





Before I was approached to do a blog post about it, I have already USED up two tubs!

I first heard about Himalaya's Herbal Nourishing Cream in Watsons while shopping around for daily essentials. I looked over and i saw two korean girls (super fair and flawless looking skin) clearing Himalayas Cream off its shelf.


YES, they CLEARED the shelf.

Judging at their love for himalayas and fueled by the envy of their flawless looking skin, I bought a tube home.

and since, I've been using it for almost everywhere everyday!

Let me show you how i used them normally:

1. As a daily moisturizer for my face



I chose Himalaya as my long time ( around 1 year) moisturizer because of many factors!
To cut it short...
it's because it's feel great on my skin.


but as a responsible blogger, i shall elaborate more hehe
- it contains all natural ingredients!
- most importantly it contains :

ALOE VERA and WINTER CHERRY!

what's so special about aloe vera and winter cherry?
Aloe vera possesses properties that help to  moisturize and hydrate the skin and this prevents trans- epidermal water loss . 

Winter cherry roots possesses glycosides which exhibit potent antioxidant and skin conditioning benefits.

So with this two ingredients they added, your skin will feel hydrated and youthful!

In addition, it contains Indian Kino Tree (Pterocarpus marsupium Wood Extract) that is useful in treating skin conditions!
Not to forget, they added Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica Extract) which is a medicinal plant that is effective in treating wounds and burns, psoriasis, scleroderma and other skin diseases.

2. Make foundation sits better

I've got really dry skin, so foundation flakes and cakes up really easily!
especially when i go to colder countries, they are horrendous!

However, after experimenting with different foundation and application methods..
I found that adding cream to foundation works marvelously!



No photoshop! Just by adding Himalayas Nourishing Cream you will get better and more even looking foundation!

Because Himalaya's Nourishing Cream provides all day moisturizing and nourishment, your skin will feel supple even throughout the day even with foundation on!





3. Massage Cream

I do facial massage daily during the night (and sometimes morning when i've got more time)

Facial massage is important as it helps to improve circulation, remove toxins and relaxes expression lines! 

I uses Himalaya's Nourishing Cream for my daily massage as it spreads well and reduces friction during massage.
In addition, Himalaya's Nourishing Cream contains Winter Cherry which have potential anti inflammatory, anti bacterial and anti oxidant effects which is in line with what i hope to achieve through facial massage (remove toxins to prevent break outs and youthful skin)!

haha and also because it just feel heavenly when applied on! =D

One of the steps i love the most for my facial massage! Try it, it feels very comfortable!




4. Portable moisturizer




Himayala's Nourishing Cream comes in 2 sizes!
150ml and 50ml!

I always bring my 50ml out cause it's so light!

and most importantly, i've got super dry skin!
My hands feels dry after long hours in an air conditioned room or even just after washing hands!

So i always apply them after washing hands!

and yes, Himayala's Nourishing Cream is not a facial cream, it can be used on your body to restore its moisture~!


and they smell soooo nice too!

[Recipe] Sheep Marshmallow rice Valentine



Ingredients 材料:

Puffed Rice ポップライス(にんじん)
13g(小一袋)
Marshmallow マシュマロ2 1/2
Almond chocolateアーモンドチョコ4個
Pocky プリッツ2本


1. Mircowave 2 marshmallows for 20 seconds, mix them together with the puffed rice.

2.  When it's not that hot anymore,spread a little bit of salad oil on your hands and shape them into cylindical shape. Place them on baking sheet or tray coated with thin layer of salad oil.

3. Heat half a marshmallow in the microwave for 10 seconds. Stick an almond chocolate on it and paste them into the rice ball.

4. It will look something like that.

5. Stick pocky sticks with small heated marshmallows and stick them on the bottom.

6. After it's cooled, it will be done!

7. You can put a stick into the rice ball.

Wrap them up and give them to your friends~!



# Don't use too much salad oil.
# It will only stick when the marshmallow is hot, if it cooled down before you can shape them, reheat them in the microwave again for 10 seconds~ =D


This treat is super cute!
Especially to those crazy alpaca fans ~ hahaha



Not to mention, it's super easy to make too!

But i think it would be super super sweet! O.O

[Recipes] Love Whoopie Pie


I hurried to translate and post this up as it's quite similiar to the bear pie!
So if you're planning to do the bear pie, you can make this as well!


材料 (15LOVE)

 Cocoa Base■ ココア生地
Flour☆薄力粉
70g
Cornstarch ☆コーンスターチ(片栗粉でも可)
15g
Cocoa powder☆ココアパウダー(無糖)
大さじ1(6g)
Baking Powder☆ベーキングパウダー
小さじ1(4g)
Brown Sugar/ Fine White Sugar☆きび砂糖(上白糖でも可)
大さじ4(40g)
Unsalted butter 無塩バター(有塩でも可)
40g
Chocolateチョコレート
20g
Soy Bean Milk/Milk 豆乳(牛乳でも可)
大さじ4(55g)
Love decoration■ LOVEデコレーション
Strawberry Chocolateストロベリーチョコレエート
50~60g
White Chocolateホワイトチョコレート
50~60g

Chocolate チョコレート
20g

1. Melt the butter and chocolate in a double boiler.

2. Heat up the soy bean milk in the double boiler too!

3. Mix the flour, corn starch, cocoa powder and baking powder.
Preheat the oven to 180degrees celsius.

4. Mix the melted chocolate + butter and milk together with the flour etc mixture using a rubber spatula.

5. Make sure it's not powdery

6. Put them into a pastry bag.

7. Make several heart shapes and put them in the lowest rack in the oven.
Bake for 7-8 minutes

8, Done done~

9. Wrap them up with kitchen wrap and let them cool down.

9. Cut marshmallow into 4 and place them as shown in the photo.
Add a little water on the surface of the marshmallow and heat them up.
900W microwave for17seconds.

10. Sandwich them

11. Melt strawberry chocolate in a double boiler (50-60 degrees celsius) and stir them slowly.

12. Dip one side of the love whoopie pie into the melted strawberry chocolate.
Let them chill in the fridge.

13. Decorate them with words written by chocolate~
